How To Subscribe To Device Messages

Device message push currently only targets device alarm messages. When a device alarms (including fault parameters defined in the model and logical alarm parameters generated) are pushed to the user through the MIoT H5 App on the mobile phone

1. Add subscription configuration in the console

In the Model Application in MIoT En Web, add the model associated with the user and device that needs to receive subscription messages (Note⚠️: subscription messages are pushed based on the model and organization)

2. User subscription notification

Make sure the app is installed on your phone (How to install), then go to Account:

• Open Subscribe

  Note: Users using Google Chrome need to check whether the current network can access fcm.googleapis.com
