How to Deal With the Error of Getting the List of Models in Dtools?

Troubleshooting Dtools errors in obtaining model lists in conjunction with platforms

Premise​

  • Getting the model list error in Dtools using the MIOT module for IoT is as follows

Check​

  1. Enter the M-IoT platform address：https://da-en.m-iot.net/ in the browser, enter a valid Email, Password, Verification Code on the login page, and click Login to enter the M-IoT main page.

  2. Click User Nickname in the lower left corner, click My, click View button of MQTT Connection Information, and check whether the user settings of MIOT module of Dtools are correct by comparing with the picture below.

  3. Check and correct as above and then re-click on Model Obtain to select the model you need.
